"To enjoy something completely is a fine thing, but to enjoy something completely with a group of friends is even better." ~Brian

A seasoned veteran of the Ghostbusters Fan Community and co-founding member of Ghostbusters: Doom Patrol, Brian Roig is a graduate of the East Brunswick, New Jersey Vocational and Technical School with a certificate in Graphic Design. With 11 years as a formally trained musician and much experience as a drummer in the independent music scene, he brings with him an extensive knowledge and admiration of his craft. His hobbies include absorbing massive amounts of heavy metal music into his subconscious, chair shots of professional wrestling knowledge to the face, Science Fiction, the esoteric, conspiracy theory, astronomy, cosmology and the universal past-time of video gaming.

Brian was born in 1983 and is a long-time resident of Central New Jersey. He grew up in a small suburban town and graduated from his local middle and high school. He comes from a close-knit, loving family and a small group of friends with whom he has a rich long-standing history. It was during this time that his desire and understanding of music as an art manifested and; subsequently, initiated the revolving door of musical projects that he would become involved in; the culmination of having the privilege of working with a group of professional artists who's latest album will be mixed by the individual who has worked with the legendary heavy metal act Queensryche.

Sir. Roig's interest with Ghostbusters began during childhood, but originally wasn't among his favorite 80's icons at the time. He was at first at awe with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles until more than enough visits to his cousin's home, who had all the toys: the firehouse, the Ectomobile and more importantly a love of science, changed his mind. His cousin once also filmed his own version of "Back To the Future" with an antenna attached to a go-cart and a well timed "cut" in the filming to make him disappear akin to the mythical DeLorean Time Machine. With that influence Brian became interested in the application of all matters of science and began to find Ghostbusters the more appealing of his two childhood heroes and eventually became a stalwart fan of the franchise.

Brian came into the Ghostbusters Online Fan Community around the same time as his friend, Rob Smith. He started out observing the core websites of the time, such as Ghostbusters.net, learning how to present himself properly. He casually interjected himself into thread conversations but not yet enough to truly make his presence known. Brian eventually worked his way to a full-fledged membership into the community after becoming a more familiar face among its colorful base of fans. His love of Ghostbusters has never diminished over the years and never will. Brian attributes many of his good times and joy to all the wonderful friends he's made in the fandom and looks forward to more grand experiences to come.
